Originally from North Carolina, I moved to DC to attend law school at Georgetown University.  Enjoying my tax law coursework, I went on to receive my LLM in taxation.  I am particularly interested in estate and small business issues.  Previously, I worked as a financial accountant at a large bank in Boston and for a judge in the Tax Division of the DC Superior Court.
